Run by the Smith family, John Smith runs the kitchen, while his wife Jane oversees a great dining experience for all from front of house."  
CHEF JOHN SMITH
​After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu, John began his culinary journey by working his way up to Head Chef of one of the most prestigious restaurants in the United states.   After five years as Head Chef; John decided to open his own Grill in order to share his vision of the perfect steak.
